Accessibility
The building is fully equipped for people with a mobility impairment. The main rooms are wheelchair-accessible and an access ramp is located at the rue Sainte-Anne entrance.
Parking
Several underground parking garages are available nearby, including the SPAQ Chauveau, located at 10, rue Pierre-Olivier-Chauveau, and the SPAQ Hôtel de Ville, located at 2, rue des Jardins. Parking metres are also available on streets in the vicinity.
Bus
The Morrin Centre is located at 44, chaussée des Écossais, in the heart of Old Québec. It can be reached by bus routes 3, 7, 11, 25, 28, 800 and 801.
