As visual canvases that redefine culture and reclaim identity, murals showcase folklore and shared memories, give a visual presence to different communities and individuals, and much more. What would you include in a mural about your life, community, and interests? Join us to share ideas and sketch your own mural with colouring pens and paper!

The workshop will open with a short discussion on a few of the murals in Quebec City.

This activity is open to all. No previous experience is required and all crafts material will be provided.

It will be given in English by a workshop facilitator from the Morrin Centre team.

This presentation is held as part of the Shared Horizons—Visual Arts and Cultures, a project made possible thanks to the financial support of the Government of Canada.
