2026 Reading Challenge: May
Calling avid readers, seasonal readers, not-really readers, and everyone in between—join the Morrin Centre’s 2026 Reading Challenge!
The Morrin Centre is running a year-long reading challenge!
Each month, we will reveal a new reading theme—read a book for each month’s theme to be entered in a draw for a chance to win a bundle of books. Email the book you read this month to library@morrin.org.
May’s theme:
A book written over 100 years ago.
In honour of International Museum Day (May 18)
Please note: The same book cannot count for two different categories. Only Morrin Centre members will be eligible for the prize.

January’s theme:
Read a book set in your home town or in a city you lived in.
February’s theme:
Read a book written by a woman of color.
March’s theme:
Read an award-winning book written by a woman.
April’s theme:
Read a book that will make you laugh.
