Storytime: Earth Day – Our House Is On Fire
This Saturday, we will be reading Our House Is On Fire – the story about Greta Thunberg, the sixteen-year-old climate activist who has sparked a worldwide student movent and is demanding action from world leaders who refuse to address climate change.
Storytime is a literacy program for children ages 3 to 7. Each activity begins with the reading of a story followed by a craft inspired by its themes. Our objective is to foster children’s love of reading by providing fun, interactive activities that will encourage them to continue reading after each session.
All sessions are free and take place in the Library every Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
