Dear Dunedin: Poetry Letter Writing Afternoon
Join us for a cozy afternoon of poetry letter writing to our pen pal, Dunedin, New Zealand!
Come to write a poem inspired by the theme “A Cup of Tea”—whether it’s about the drink or your recent favourite hobby, share with us what has been filling your cup this summer. The poems will be sent to our pen pal, Dunedin, New Zealand. In our Library, special materials such as local handmade paper and fountain pens will be provided on a first come, first serve basis to encourage the writer within each participant.
Join us anytime on Sunday, August 24, between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. No previous calligraphy or poetry experience is necessary, and this activity is open to all ages.
