Dear Member,
You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Literary and Historical Society of Quebec (LHSQ), which will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 7 p.m. via Zoom. Instructions on how to participate in the meeting will be sent to members upon their registration. A telephone dial-in option will also be available.
Elections for Council members will also take place at the Annual General Meeting. If you are interested in standing for election or nominating someone, please contact Ladd Johnson, chairman of the Nominations Committee, at ladd.johnson@bio.ulaval.ca. The deadline for nominations is October 14.
Our annual magazine auction and AGM wine & cheese will also continue during this online AGM. More details about this will follow shortly.
