Family Photography
Unauthorized photography is not allowed in the Morrin Centre.
If a room has been rented at the daily rate, use of the Centre's rooms for professional photography is available to the renter at no extra cost. For example, bridal couples whose reception is taking place in our College Hall can use our rooms for professional photography free of charge.
However, a charge of $25/hour will apply in any other case. These charges will be considered donations, and tax receipts will be issued. Please contact us for reservations at least a week in advance. This will ensure that you can have someone escort you around the building and that the rooms you are interested in are not reserved for any other event.
Please keep in mind that the Morrin Centre is a historical site, so certain guidelines should be respected when having photography sessions:

Commercial or promotional photography or film shooting
Anyone taking photographs to promote the Morrin Centre will not be charged a fee but will nevertheless require prior authorization.
Commercial photography for magazines, films, advertising and documentaries are allowed at specific daily or half-day rates. Please contact us for a visit of the rooms or to check for availability of spaces. Our team members will gladly meet with you in order to provide the best service and information needed for a smooth implementation of your project.
Film shoot
You are a movie producer seeking to shoot a scene in an old library, gaol, or college hall? The Morrin Centre will gladly rent out our spaces for a full- or half-day. Please contact us for information.
If your production's objective is directly linked to the promotion of the Morrin Centre, a film shoot can be arranged at no cost under certain conditions.
Planning your special day? A wedding reception in our nineteenth-century halls will complement your ceremony beautifully.
Our welcoming College Hall may house your guests, musicians, flowers, dinner tables and chairs and be adapted to your own taste. Please contact us as soon as you set a date, and you can be confident that we will meet your expectations for a lovely setting on your wedding day.

Celebrate the birthday of your child at the Morrin Centre!
For a duration of two hours, one of our professional children's entertainers will guide your child and his or her 14 friends through the Morrin Centre's historical rooms and end the journey with some tea, cake and biscuits in addition to small surprises and hand-made gifts for all.
Capacity: a maximum of 15 children.
Duration of event: 2 hours.
Age group: 4 - 10 years old.
Fees: 190$ for 15 children.
15$ per child if less than 15 children (a minimum of $150).

Would you like to hold a quiet business meeting over breakfast? Our Centre offers you this possibility between 8:00 am and 10:00 am from Monday to Friday. Reservations must be made ahead of time.
A special breakfast menu will be provided along with fruit, tea and coffee. You will not be disappointed by the setting nor by the privacy we allow you to have within our spaces.
