Quebec City \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Following a popular and successful debut in 2014, the Morrin Centre’s afternoon teatime<\/b> will return this summer, with the season’s first session taking place Friday, June 19 at 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Revelers will be able to sample traditional teas and cookies in keeping with Victorian customs and etiquette in the Morrin Centre’s historic library, which boasts a collection of over 20,000 books, and artifacts dating back to when teatime came into fashion.\u00a0Teatime\u00a0at the Morrin will be the opportunity to celebrate special occasions or to simply discover the\u00a0English heritage that is part of Quebec\u00a0City\u2019s history.<\/p>\n

Teas will be provided by Sebz Th\u00e9 & Lounge<\/a><\/strong>, while cookies will be provided by Tra\u00eeteur Buffet Maison<\/a><\/strong>. The bilingual presentations will take place at 4 p.m. each Friday, Saturday and Sunday through September 6, unless the Morrin Centre library is otherwise booked.<\/p>\n
