This culminating in a series of moves to empty out our historic building. The engineering firms CIMA+ and G\u00e9nivar were hired to oversee structural and mechanical planning. The preliminary plan for meeting fire code and accessibility requirements aroused considerable discussion that led to inventive solutions.
