Do you like dinosaurs? Do you dream of one day unearthing T-Rex or Velociraptor fossils? This week’s Storytime is for you! We will read The Girl and the Dinosaur by Holly Hughes and Sarah Massini. Then, we will make cool original dinosaurs with paper plates and clothespins.
For the Morrin Book Week, this Storytime event will be open to the public. If you would like to participate, register here: www.eventbrite.ca/e/141538277799
You will need the following materials for the activity:
- A paper plate
- 2 clothespins
- A glue stick
- Construction paper
We will also use googly eyes, but if you do not have any, you can draw them on with markers.
Participants who are already registered for the Winter session of Storytime need not register again.
