Book Quest (8-12): Hot-Air Balloon
Once again, Book Quest is back for the summer! In partnership with the TD Summer Reading Club, this program fosters children’s love of learning by providing fun, interactive activities throughout the summer season.
Do you know how much fun you can have with just a little bit of flour, water, and paper? Add some markers and a coffee cup, and ta-da: you have the perfect recipe for a good time! Join us on July 22 as we turn all of those ingredients into a wonderful hot-air balloon made out of paper mache.
The Morrin Centre’s summer program for children ages 8 to 12 will take place every Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m., starting July 8 and ending August 26. Activities will touch upon S.T.E.M., arts, and more! All sessions are free and will take place on Zoom.
