Reservation policies
We thank you for considering the Morrin Centre for your event. Please contact us to schedule a visit to plan and organize your special occasion or meeting.

The Morrin Centre is usually open to the public for guided tours, access to the library and other events and cultural activities. Therefore, we urge you to schedule an appointment to meet the coordinator. All visitors will be escorted within the building, and children should be supervised at all times.
Reservation
The Morrin Centre reserves the right of refusing the holding of any private or public event within its premises, namely when the scope, mandate and nature of the event are incompatible with the Centre`s mission and spaces.

An event is not confirmed until a Reservation deposit of 20% of the full amount is accepted and a rental agreement is signed by both the renter and the Morrin Centre. Until the contract is signed and the first payment is made, the reservation remains tentative. Should any other client like to book the same date for another event, the first client has 48 hours to confirm the reservation.

A security deposit of $250 is also requested and is fully refundable the day following the event when no damage has been reported and no need for major cleaning is necessary. Should damage repair or cleaning be required, your security deposit will be used, and the balance, if any, will be returned along with copies of invoices of the repair or cleaning made.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing (email is accepted).

The 20% deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation of the event was made at least 30 days prior to the event date originally planned. Kindly note that we shall retain $50 for administrative costs even if cancellation was made before the 30-day deadline.
