Prizes and rules
The draw will take place Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 3 pm at Morrin Centre, 44, chaussée des Écossais, Québec (Qc) G1R 4H3
Prizes will be drawn in ascending order by value. Prizes must be claimed at Morrin Centre, 44, chaussée des Écossais, Québec (Qc) G1R 4H3, before October 1, 2008 at 5 pm. Prizes have no exchange or refund value and must be accepted as offered.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
1000 tickets were printed, numbered 0001 to 1000
1st prize: Westjet flight voucher for two (value of $2,260). Flights must be booked 14 days prior to departure. Fees, taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the guests traveling and will be charged at the time of booking. Please note the gift of flight is subject to availability at the time of booking. Peak dates such as statutory holidays and airline blackout periods (such as Christmas, Easter and spring break etc.) aren’t available for gifts of flight. The prize is valid for travel until July 3, 2009. This prize must be taken as offered and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
2nd prize: VIA First Class round trip for two to Montreal and two nights at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth (value of $1000). Space on the train is subject to availability at the time of booking and the following dates are blacked out : Easter Thursday to Monday and December 15th to January 5th inclusive. This prize is valid for travel up to and including July 3rd, 2009 and must be accepted as presented, cannot be upgraded to any other class or service, is valid for the winner only, and has no refund value. The Queen Elizabeth gift certificate covers the cost of the room and taxes, but does not include service. It is valid until July 3, 2009. It is subject to the availability of rooms and only applicable to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. It is not applicable the weekend of the Grand Prix of Canada.
3rd prize: Louis Garneau Vivendi Hybrid Bicycle (value of $500).
4th prize: One night for two at Hôtel Clarendon (value of $300). Includes American breakfast, taxes and service and is valid until March 2009. Valid on reservation and subject to availability of rooms.
5th prize: Original watercolour by Miriam Blair (value of $300).
6th prize: Original oil painting by Helen Stevenson (value of $300).
7th prize: Two tickets for OSQ (value of $100). Valid from September 5, 2008 to May 2009 and subject to availability of seats when tickets are claimed. Not applicable to concerts in the Musiques du monde series.*
8th prize: Two tickets for Palais Montcalm (value of $100). Subject to availability of seats when tickets are claimed. Valid only for the concert and dates specified on the tickets.*
9th prize: Gift Certificate, La Maison Simons (value of $100). Valid at any time.*
10th prize: Gift Certificate, La Maison Anglaise et Internationale (value of $100). No expiry date. Gift card is redeemable for merchandise and is not redeemable for cash. Valid at any time.*
11th prize: Books and music, CBC (value of $100).
12th prize: Two gift certificates, Gab’s Resto Bistro (value of $100). Expire May 1, 2009. Valid at any time, except Fridays. Service not included.*
13th prize: Gift Certificate, Le Continental restaurant (value of $50). No expiry date. No exchange or refund value. Service not included. Valid at any time.*
14th prize: Gift Certificate, Paillard (value of $50). Gift card is valid at any time, for 12 months after its activation.*
15th prize: Saint-Gall champagne bottle (value of $50).
16th prize: Nicolas Feuillatte champagne bottle (value of $50).
17th prize: Gift Certificate, Massage Diana Stavert (value of $50). No expiry date. Valid upon appointment.*
18th prize: Burton backpack from Sport-Sélect (value of $50).

22nd prize: Gift certificate, Restaurant Dazibo. Applicable on minimum purchase of $40. Not applicable on Dinner & Show evenings, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day, Valentine’s Day. Taxes and service not included.
23rd prize: Gift certificate, Restaurant Dazibo. Same conditions apply as for 22nd prize.
24th prize: Gift certificate, Restaurant Dazibo. Same conditions apply as for 22nd prize.
