Children 3 to 7 years old are invited to participate in a singing workshop, ‘‘Once upon a time… the Opera!’’, part of the It’s Instrumental! series, made possible thanks to our financial partner, the IRC-CN (Instance régionale de concertation de la Capitale-Nationale) .
This workshop will introduce children to the opera in a fun and entertaining way. Children will discover the many facets and possibilities of their voices. For instance, how to sing loudly without the help of a microphone and an amplifier. They will also play at being classical singers and will they discover multiple aspects of their voices. Furthermore, they will perform short musical excerpts in order to demonstrate that the voice can be trained and that it is an instrument for everyone!
All It’s Instrumental workshops are free. Participants must register ahead of time to reserve their spot by clicking on the link below.
